MOMENTAUFNAHMEN: change
Change is a scary thing. we might deny it - or to some level get so adapted to change that it becomes the status quo. But once we face tremendous disruptions that affect us directly and cannot fully grasp where it will lead us towards - especially not in an complex environment - this fear might also catch the bravest and most courageous of us.
How to overcome this fear? This sense of - what if we can't come back to where we are now? Is it the same fear we have when thinking of death?
What if we don't want to come back? What if we take the leaps as they come and go with these waves, knowing that we cannot predict and that there's thousands of opportunities out there? What if we see that what comes after an ending always is a new beginning? What if we shift our attention?
What if we focus on the 'going together' rather than the 'where we are going'?
What if we accept that change is the only permanent?
The good thing is: we can always decide to turn into a particular direction and lean towards it, even if there are plenty of open quetions. To give into change that wants to happen, rather than defending and blocking it. If our intention is clear enouh, we might eventually end up where we wish to be- or in an even brighter place.
After all, we're here to learn.
